Kimberly Mackall, president of Concerned Black Women of Calvert County, presented Marissa Miller of Annapolis (graduate of Huntingtown High School) with the Professor Charles J. Ogletree Scholarship for ,500 at the "Living The Dream" program put on Saturday by the Southern Maryland Chapter of Jack and Jill of America at the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Maryland Bayside Unit in North Beach. Franklin organized the event. Miller is a student at the University of Maryland at College Park.
