Josh Miller, left, was named the Top Runner of 2008 by Chief Jon Riffe at the Huntingtown Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad's 36th annual awards banquet Saturday. Miller, who also was named EMT of the Year, ran 1,039 calls.
